Prioritising well-being in schools
is now more important than ever, and research shows that this begins with staff
well-being.
A two-part approach is needed for this, involving equipping staff with skills and strategies, and also supporting them through a positive whole school culture.
This webinar will focus on whole-school strategies to promote staff well-being, including nurturing a culture of appreciation, autonomy and positive relationships. It will also provide ideas for staff well-being committees.
