Everyone has times when they feel aware of being thankful for a person or a situation. These moments give us a good feeling that we call ‘gratitude’. Gratitude is not just a feeling that happens sometimes, you can increase how often you feel it. Research has shown that people with high levels of gratitude experience a whole bunch of benefits. This course is designed to give participants the tools to develop their gratitude practice
Intended Learning Outcomes
- Develop an understanding of gratitude and its transformative effect in our lives.
- Identify the connection between gratitude, happiness, and the maintenance of positive mental health.
- Foster gratitude through gratitude exercises.
- Develop the confidence to bring gratitude to the classroom.
