is at the heart of every effective classroom. This course provides Primary
Teachers and Special Education Teachers (SETs) with the knowledge, skills,
and digital tools needed to create truly inclusive learning environments
that support students with diverse needs.
📌 Key Course Features:
✔️ Identifying and supporting students with
additional learning needs, including social-emotional, behavioural, autism,
literacy, numeracy, sensory regulation, and executive functioning challenges.
✔️ Planning focused and purposeful
interventions, ensuring that differentiation, scaffolding, and Universal
Design for Learning (UDL) principles are embedded in everyday teaching.
✔️ Applying national frameworks and best
practices, including the School Self-Evaluation (SSE) Guidelines
(2016-2020), Looking at Our School 2016, and Circular 0064/2024.
✔️ Creating and reviewing Student Support
Plans, setting clear targets, and monitoring progress effectively.
✔️ Leveraging digital technology
(including AI tools) to enhance accessibility, engagement, and assessment.
✔️ Building inclusive classroom cultures,
fostering student voice, and ensuring all learners thrive in a supportive
environment.
✔️ Collaborative learning and reflection,
with opportunities to share strategies, resources, and expertise in an
interactive setting.

the end of this course, participants will be equipped with practical, evidence-based
approaches to ensure every learner has access to a high-quality, inclusive
education.
