Gerry Duffy

Gerry Duffy is a professional speaker in the areas of Goal Setting, Leadership and Personal Development. With a Master’s Degree in Business Practice, a CV that has seen him work with over 800 companies and organisations since 2010 and a personal passion that has seen him complete many extreme sporting challenges (including running 32 marathons in 32 consecutive days) Gerry brings a mixture of corporate insights as well as personal success to his inspirational keynotes, workshops and corporate leadership programmes. Clients include Facebook, Google, Bank of America, SAP, Hewlett Packard and British Gas. He has also authored three books including THE GOAL GETTER-35 Different ways to Reach Your Goals.’ He claims his single greatest achievement is overcoming a pathological fear of public speaking.

Shane Martin C.Psychol., Ps.S.I.

Shane Martin is a psychologist dedicated to teaching the very best self-help psychology to empower people to enhance the quality of their lives. He has been a keynote speaker at numerous national and international conferences on a range of topics around empowerment, recovery and happiness.A leader within the area of education he has visited hundreds of schools nationwide working with management teams, teachers, students and parents promoting a psychology of health, happiness and resilience. He has been a speaker at national educational conferences by NAHTNI, NAPD, ACCS, IPPN, INTO, JMB and PDA. In February 2017 Shane addressed the Oireachtas Joint Committee on Education and Skills on the important topic of Positive Mental Health in Schools. He has provided training to many of Ireland's leading business organisations within the public and private sector. Fiona Forman M. Sc.

Fiona is an author, primary teacher and facilitator/ trainer in the area of well-being and Positive Psychology in the education system. She holds an M.Sc. in Applied Positive Psychology (MAPP), which is the science of well-being, from the University of East London.
Fiona is the co-author of Weaving Well-Being, a recently launched positive mental health programme for primary school children published by Outside The Box Leaning Resources. Fiona is passionate about the mental health and well-being of young people and believes that the education system can play a pivotal role in equipping children with the skills to be resilient and flourish in life. Steve Lane M.Ed.

Steve Lane is a former primary school teacher with 35 years’ experience, 25 years of which were as a principal. He established MindSETs Training ( in 2016 along with Breda Kyne, to meet the growing demand for Social and Emotional Learning (SEL) programmes in Ireland. With broad experience across all sectors of Irish education and a passion to see SEL programmes reach Irish children at the earliest stage of their education, MindSETs Training offers a range of programmes designed to meet the needs of schools and parents in helping to promote wellbeing in the children in their care. In addition to providing bespoke training courses, Breda and Steve are the only 2 accredited MindUP™ trainers in Ireland.
