Is happiness in our own hands? This course looks at the latest research and old wisdom to explore some answers to this age-old question. The workshop is designed to give participants a new perspective on cultivating their own happiness.
Intended Learning Outcomes
- Explore what we mean by the term happiness.
- Investigate the science of happiness and what it means for wellbeing.
- Cultivate practices that can grow our happiness.
- Develop the confidence to empower students to actively pursue happiness.
- Provide a classroom plan and resources aligned with the Junior Cycle Wellbeing Indicators.
