What is a Blended Online Summer Course?
A Blended Online Summer Course combines two types of learning:
- Live online (webinar)
- Self-paced learning you complete in your own time
What are the dates and times for the live sessions?
The course includes 8 hours of live webinar delivered on Zoom
How and when do I complete the self paced learning ?
You can complete the 12 hours of self-paced work any time between July 1st and July 5th.
You may also choose to finish all course requirements by July 3rd if that suits you better.
What does the course involve?
The course includes:
- Interactive workshops
- Digital learning activities
- Reflective tasks
- The creation of a personalised resource bank to support your teaching in the coming school year
Will I get EPV day approval?
Yes, if you complete all course requirements, you will receive your EPV certificate.
Is the course fee refundable?
No, all course bookings are non-refundable.
If you cancel or cannot attend, we are not able to refund the fee.
What happens if the course is cancelled by Sligo Education Centre?
If we have to cancel a course, you will be offered a place on an alternative course.
